K Element Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates kelementlab.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Our store is powered by Shopify, which processes personal information on our behalf.

Information we collect

• Order information — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone if provided, and order details. Payment card data is handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Account and support information — anything you send us by email or when creating an account.
• Usage and device information — pages viewed, referring links, IP address, browser and device type, and interactions, collected through cookies, pixels and analytics tools.
• Marketing preferences — whether you have opted in to email marketing.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, understand and improve the site, and — where you have opted in — send marketing emails.

Advertising, analytics & sharing

We use third-party advertising and analytics services, which may include Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, Google and Shopify's own tools. To measure and target ads, we allow these partners to collect information about your activity on our site through cookies and pixels, and we may match limited information such as a hashed email with them. Under some U.S. state privacy laws (for example California, Colorado and Connecticut) this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted or “cross-context behavioral” advertising. We also share personal information with service providers that work for us (payment processing, fulfilment, shipping, email, hosting, support) and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices and rights

• Opt out of ad “sale” / “sharing”: use our Your Privacy Choices page, or browse with a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor where required.
• Email marketing: unsubscribe from any marketing email, or email us.
• Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent: depending on where you live (including under Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, and U.S. state privacy laws) you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop certain processing. Email us; we will verify your identity before acting.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for core site functions and, where you consent or the law allows, analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner and your browser settings. Residents of Quebec and other regions: non-essential tracking technologies are set only with your consent.

Retention

We keep order and tax records for at least seven years as required by law, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Security & international transfers

We use SSL/TLS encryption and take reasonable safeguards. Your information may be processed in Canada, the United States and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority.
