These Terms govern your use of kelementlab.com and your purchases from K Element Lab. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our store is powered by Shopify.
Who can buy
You must be the age of majority in your state or province of residence to place an order.
Products, pricing & information
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. Import duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in the price and are the recipient's responsibility (see our Shipping Policy). Our products are cosmetics. Product descriptions, ingredient information and routine guides are general information only, are not medical or dermatological advice, and are not a promise of any particular result. Individual results vary; patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs.
Not affiliated with the brands we sell
K Element Lab is an independent retailer. The third-party brands whose products we sell (including COSRX, Anua, Torriden, SKIN1004, AESTURA, TIRTIR and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by those brands; references to them are for identification only.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues) and will refund any payment taken.
Shipping
We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders ship from our overseas supply partner in South Korea; estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for duties and taxes.

Intellectual property
Our site content — text, our own images, our logo and design — belongs to K Element Lab or its licensors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K Element Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your non-waivable rights under the consumer-protection laws of your state or province.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes may be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction. You keep any right to bring a claim in a small-claims court and any remedy provided by the consumer-protection law of your state or province. We do not require you to waive class-action rights or to arbitrate where such a waiver would be unenforceable in your jurisdiction.
