Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Where orders ship from
Orders are fulfilled by our overseas supply partner and ship from South Korea. Because of this, delivery takes longer than a domestic order — please plan for roughly 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
Processing & delivery estimates
- Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- United States: about 7–14 business days after dispatch, tracked.
- Canada: about 7–14 business days after dispatch, tracked.
Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by customs and carrier conditions. A tracking number is emailed at dispatch; allow 24–48 hours for the first scan.
Duties, taxes & customs
United States: Consumer shipments under the U.S. de minimis value generally clear without import duty. U.S. rules on low-value imports are changing, so we cannot guarantee duty-free clearance. If U.S. Customs or the carrier assesses any duty, tax or brokerage fee, it is the recipient's responsibility.
Canada: Under CUSMA, courier shipments valued over CAD $150 may be charged customs duty, and shipments over CAD $40 may be charged GST/HST. The carrier may also add a brokerage/handling fee. These charges are collected by the carrier at or before delivery and are the recipient's responsibility.
Prices shown at checkout do not include import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated within 7 business days of your confirmation, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email support@kelementlab.com with your order number and we will investigate.
