Order Processing:
All orders are processed and prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times:
• Canada: 7–12 business days (Standard Tracked Shipping)
• United States: 7–14 business days (Standard Tracked Shipping)

Tracking Your Shipment:
Every order includes end-to-end tracking to allow you to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking scans to appear once you receive your confirmation email.

Taxes, Customs & Duties:
All domestic Canadian shipments are free of import tariffs and duties. For international or cross-border deliveries, any applicable customs fees or import taxes imposed by destination authorities remain the customer’s responsibility.
