Return & Refund Policy

Return window

For hygiene reasons we accept returns only on products that are unopened, unused and sealed in their original packaging, requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email support@kelementlab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@kelementlab.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back with the RMA marked on the outside. For non-defective returns you cover return shipping.
  4. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your state or province, including any statutory right to cancel an internet agreement or to a remedy for goods that are not as described.
